Excellent Italian in west county! It's always busy, and for good reason! The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food is amazing, I've never had anything that wasn't top tier. In a city where every restaurant offers toasted ravioli, Mia Sorella stands out: large, flavorful, crispy and tender. No matter what you order, though, you'll be impressed, and full!

February 2026- Thursday evening 5:15, no wait for a table. Our server was Libby. She was great. Tried the shaved Brussels salad, it was good. Could have used more dressing. The Marcella salad needed more dressing too. We tried the meatball appetizer. It was good but we were hoping it had some sausage in it with the beef. All we could taste was beef. Very close if not the same as the toasted ravioli filling. Toasted ravioli was great again, but my dipping sauce could have been hot. It was room temp. The boy that brings water should be taught not to handle the glasses of water by the top rim where we put our lips to drink. September 2025- Our server Annette was great. The Marcella salad was great, the marinated tomatoes are delicious! Toasted Raviol fantastic as always. Margherita Pizza with sausage delicious again. The pappardelle pasta was great. The combination of flavors was outstanding! May 2025- today we had Caesar salad - it was bland. We could taste the anchovy but we could not taste the lemony dressing that was mentioned in the description. It definitely needed more dressing. We had a margherita pizza that we added sausage to - it was delicious. We had a St. Louis style sausage, mushroom, pepperoni pizza again but it was not as good as the first time. The highlight of our meal was the toaster ravioli. They are the best! I will come back to this restaurant just for an order of ravioli, that's how good they are! Our server was Mahira. She was good, all business. Not overly friendly. Nov 2024-Food and service were great. Phillip was our server. We had a little mishap with a spilled water glass on our pizza (completely our fault not the servers). He resolved it for us quickly. The house made toasted ravioli were the best! You get an order of 6. My adult son loved his burger and fries. We had a sausage, pepperoni, mushroom pizza. It was delicious too! Busy Tuesday evening but at 5:15 we didn't have to wait for a table for 5. Packed parking lot.

Great food, reasonable prices & a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere (at lunch on a weekday) - this was our first experience with Mia Sorella, and we fully expect to return soon. The hostess did a great job accommodating our large party (I did call ahead, as suggested for groups of 6+ on their website) and we were well served by all the staff. Particular favorites were the arancini, the eggplant parm and the pappardelle. Looking forward to going back on a nicer day to enjoy the patio.

If you are looking for phenomenal Italian in the county, this place is a MUST. Normally I get the lasagna as I personally think it’s the best in town but I wanted something a little lighter though so I opted for a panini. The meatball sandwich was delicious and very filling. The bread was soft but it is a messy sandwich so it had to be eaten with a fork. I know this is a weird thing to compliment, but the ketchup fot my fries was the best I’ve ever had. The waitress said it’s made in house and balsamic is added. It was incredible. My husband got the Misa and Meatball salad. It was definitely filling. Even on weeknights it’s crowded so expect a wait and plan accordingly. They do have bar tables that are first come first serve but I don’t recommend sitting here. The stools sit higher than under the table so your legs can’t go under the table but rather off to the side. It’s very uncomfortable when you are trying to eat. Maybe if you are just having a drink not so much.

If you are following me. You may know I have 2 points I mention in my reviews often. That I dine with my wife and her college friend and husband monthly. The other is garlic, and my wife does not get along well. Tonight was county 's turn to pick restaurants. They chose Mia Sorella, the sister restaurant, to our city restaurant, Trattoria Marcella . The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the service was top-notch. We started with an appetizer, the eggplant Parmigiano . This was very flavorful of lots of cheese and melt in your mouth tenderness eggplant. we ordered wine , red and white. The red was a route stock Cabernet. I had a Chardonnay that was light but with a buttery finish. The route stock was smooth all throughout with a little earthy taste with plum accents. We split the bill since each couple had the same dish. The men had the lasagna, and the ladies had the chicken Risotto . I flipped back and forth on getting the Risotto or not but was pleased I chose the lasagna. Besides, my wife could not eat all of hers, and I had it for lunch the next day. Our lasagna was delicious, sweet, meaty flavors. The thin layers of noodles were tender with a good mouth feel. Once I took the first bite, it was really hard to stop eating . The Risotto was chicken in a creamy white sauce with lemons,asparagus, mushroom, and parmesan. This too was delicious. You can not go wrong with either of the restaurants. It s a tribute to moma Marcella. Trattoria has been around 30 years, and Mia Sorella has been cooking up favorites for 13 years. I believe. Lastly, service is top notch at both, but the service from Rachel, our server at Mia Sorella, was above and beyond. Go visit Rachel and enjoy a pleasant night out on the patio we sure did.

We came for lunch today. I liked how spacious the restaurant is. They have many comfy booth seatings. This is such a good dining spot for big groups/ families with kids. We ordered the Semolina calamari, toasted ravioli and spaghetti di made (white sauce). We were very satisfied with our order. Every single dish tasted delicious. Service was fantastic and welcoming. We”ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!!!

I've been to Mia's about 4 times and the food has always been great. In particular last night, I had one of the best pizzas I've ever had. They made the crust from Italian flour and it was delicious. Interesting to me, the Italian crust did not upset my gluten sensitive tummy. The portions are large so I'd skip the bread and butter which they put on the table. I prefer eating at lunch since it is much quieter inside the restaurant, We went on a Monday night at 6 pm and it was packed.

Mia Sorella won Best date night restaurant in West County, on West County Social, so we had to check out out! My husband Nathan and I had a terrific dinner date night here! What more could you ask for? Great ambiance, candlelight table, bottle of wine and delicious food! I got the Chicken Soto and Nathan ordered the Chicken Parmesan. Our service was excellent, food exceptional, and mood just right! We will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful date night this evening surrounded by beautiful Christmas decor. We started with the crispy eggplant parm app and then our entrees. The food came out hot and tasted excellent. We were impressed to see a very engaged owner jumping in to help turn over tables to keep the wait time as short as possible.

Fantastic food. Server was friendly and attentive. Perfect weather and shade to sit in the back patio. Gave 4 stars on atmosphere only because a family with parents who couldn't or wouldn't keep their kids seated and relatively quiet was an annoyance.
